Being a father is the single most transformative role of my life—nothing has taught me more about the essentially human need for deep, honest, and regular connection.
My journey with Dialogix began in 2021 when I enrolled in a Safe Conversations® course called Couples Toolbox. That experience opened my eyes to how simple tools—used with intention—could transform decades of my communication patterns. In 2022, I was invited to join the beta cohort of the Leader Training program, and I haven’t looked back since.
After becoming certified as both a Facilitator and a Workshop Leader, I was honored to be selected as one of the first 10 trainers worldwide to receive the Leader+ certification in 2024 and began offering Connecting At Work™ and Work Skills™ programs in addition to Safe Conversations offerings..
In 2023, I launched Books That Empower, a series of short, insight-packed reads that draw from my lifelong passion for understanding what it means to be human. These books weave together traditional religious and spiritual teachings, neuroscience, mindfulness practice, quantum physics, NLP, psychology, meditation, yoga, biology, epigenetics, hypnosis, and consciousness studies. My first book, Never Say Should: Drop Your Expectations and Ask For What You Want, was published in 2024.
Everything I talk, write, and teach is rooted in my lived experience, the collective wisdom to which I have been exposed, and my personal belief that I am 100% responsible for my experience of life; I can and will only experience what I allow myself to envision, and if I want more in my life, then it is up to me to create the conditions for it to exist.
